terms of service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. Who we are
lazypaca (“we”) is operated by Ongleam Inc., Seoul, Republic of Korea. These terms cover this website and the public MCP endpoint at https://api.lazypaca.com/mcp. By connecting the endpoint or using this site you accept them.
2. The service
lazypaca gives an AI assistant structured, filterable information about restaurants in Seoul, and lets you request a table at restaurants that have signed up with us. It is free and requires no account. We may change, rate-limit, or discontinue the endpoint at any time, and we offer no uptime commitment.
3. Quality of the information
Listings come from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's nationwide restaurant licence dataset, which we normalize and classify ourselves. It records what a business registered with its local authority — so a name, address, or category can be out of date, and a licence that is still open does not prove the doors are. Verify anything that matters — hours, price, availability, allergens — with the restaurant before you rely on it. Nothing here is advice.
4. We are an intermediary, never a party
We do not take payments, and we are not an agent of any restaurant. Where a listing links out to a booking or delivery service, that service's own terms apply and your dealings are with them.
When you request a table we act only as an intermediary passing that request to the restaurant: the dining contract is between you and that restaurant, and we are not a party to it. We hold no deposit and charge no cancellation fee, because there is no payment relationship between us.
Practical consequences of that: confirming a request is not a confirmed table. We do not know whether seats are free at that moment — the restaurant decides and contacts you. A request that you do not confirm by email within 24 hours simply expires. You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email at any time, at no cost, and we keep no record of no-shows.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the endpoint, or to circumvent limits we apply to keep it available for everyone.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to misrepresent it as your own service.
- We may block traffic that threatens the availability or integrity of the service.
6. Rights in the content
Factual information about a restaurant belongs to that business and to the sources it came from; our compilation, normalization, and the text and design of this site are ours. If you own or operate a listed business and want a correction or removal, write to us and we will act on it — see support.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a closed restaurant, a wasted trip, a disappointing meal — arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Korean law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of Seoul have jurisdiction over any dispute.
